The time you spend angry can be time spent happier. Anger management therapy aims to help those whose loss of temper results in an extreme response or violent temper. This has extremely negative effects on your physical and mental health, as anger can cause all sorts of problems like high blood pressure, heart attacks and depression. We aim to help you pinpoint the root of the problem and then help you solve it.
I have facilitated anger management groups and will help you identify the thoughts and emotions that are at the heart of your anger. If the source of your anger is trauma, it would be worthwhile to treat that and watch your anger disappear.
